Yes — and this is one of the primary benefits of working with a single partner across service lines. A Fractional CTO engagement frequently draws on our M365 and managed IT capabilities. An M&A integration naturally flows into ongoing managed IT and M365 management. Because it's one team with shared context, there are no handoff costs, misaligned recommendations, or competing commercial incentives between practice areas.
For advisory and fractional engagements, typically within 1–2 weeks of contract signing. For managed IT, our onboarding runs over 30 days. For M&A engagements where timing is deal-critical, we can mobilise a TDD team within 48 hours of NDA execution. We maintain available capacity specifically to respond to time-sensitive deal situations.
Our sweet spot is businesses with 20–500 employees — large enough to have meaningful technology complexity, small enough that a dedicated in-house solution is cost-prohibitive or disproportionate. For M&A we work with deal teams and acquirers of any size, including PE funds, mid-market corporates, and FTSE-listed groups acquiring SMB targets.
Our primary market is the UK, and our managed IT helpdesk operates on UK business hours as standard. For Fractional CTO, M365, and M&A engagements, we regularly work with cross-border businesses and international deal teams. Extended managed IT coverage for non-UK businesses is available on our Enterprise plan.
We build flexibility into every engagement from the outset. Fractional CTO and managed IT retainers can scale up or down with 30 days' notice after the initial term. Project-based engagements include a change control process for material scope changes. We have never held a client to a contract that no longer serves them — commercial flexibility is a core part of how we operate.
